JONERSON BUSINESS SERVICES (JBS)
JBS was established in 2017, with an obligation to make sure that every client receives the most proficient service in the areas of taxes, bookkeeping, small business start-up and notary services. We are aware that with the vicissitude of tax laws, understanding what to depreciate, mileage, and miscellaneous deductions etc, can be overwhelming. We come with years of experience working with individuals and small business.

Therefore, we are driven by our purpose to help clients become knowledgeable of their tax obligations through multiple channels of communication. Teresa B. Jones Is the founder of Jonerson Business Services. She worked in the For Profit, and Not-for-Profit arenas for years before establishing her business.
​
She is driven by professionalism, integrity, and the highest degree of ethical standards. Her practice is influenced by a commitment to excellence. She has a passion for research regarding the complex changes in the tax structures and laws, that affect individuals and organizational growth, development, and sustainability.

Her education background includes a B.S in Business Management from National Lewis University, MBA in Accounting from Capella University and a Master Online Teaching (MOT)certificate from the University of Illinois. She is currently a PhD candidate at Capella University for doctoral studies in Accounting and Quantitative Methods in Business. She has instructed undergraduate courses in Financial and Managerial Accounting and is commissioned by the State of Illinois as a Notary.
